SEYCHELLES
Often overlooked for the Maldives, the Seychelles offers the same beautiful beaches and turquoise waters – but with more dramatic scenery with lush hills, palm trees and Dali-esque boulders.
Diving & Snorkelling
Beyond the beach, diving and snorkelling are brilliant in the warm waters with plentiful marine life.
Mahé
Mahé is the largest and busiest island and the entry point to the Seychelles, with some fabulous resorts, restaurants and beaches, not to mention the small capital city of Victoria.
Smaller Islands
The lovely smaller islands such as Praslin and La Digue are only a short plane or boat ride away. Further out, there are real lost-world islands to be found.

TRAVEL GURU SUMMARY
I always recommend visiting a couple of different islands on a trip to the Seychelles. Unlike the Maldives, All Inclusive is not the norm – hotels usually offer Bed & Breakfast or Half Board. There are some gorgeous luxury resorts dotted around the islands where you’ll be able to relax in style.
DONT MISS...
Visit Grand Anse Beach on Praslin Island with its surreal Dali-esque rocks at either end. This beach regularly makes lists of the World’s Best Beaches.
